Also handles concession stand operations, venue organization, and basic cash register control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome customers with friendliness, attentiveness, and courtesy; * Organize queues and guide customers to ensure efficient service flow; * Sell concession stand products; * Operate the cash register attentively, issue fiscal receipts, and verify change; * Monitor and restock inventory, observing expiration dates and proper organization; * Prepare simple food items such as popcorn and keep utensils organized; * Maintain sector equipment and report any irregularities to management; * Follow financial security procedures, including counterfeit note identification and cash handling; * Assist in resolving customer requests, escalating to the manager when necessary; * Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. **Desired Profile:** * Strong communication skills and friendliness in customer interaction; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Agility and proactivity; * Responsibility regarding funds and procedures; * Willingness to work collaboratively and during flexible hours.
