Job Summary: The Logistics Assistant is responsible for verifying and organizing orders, communicating with customers regarding delivery timelines, and supporting the Logistics Supervisor to ensure smooth operational functioning. Daily operational support and logistics supervision **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Higher education enrollment is desirable. * Experience working with external partners (suppliers and customers). * Knowledge of integrated systems. * SAP experience is a plus. * Advanced Excel skills. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A Day in the Life of a Logistics Assistant:** * Daily verification of orders generated by the commercial department; analysis of data consistency required in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.); chronological organization of orders; and release\-of orders for billing. * Conducts telephone customer service to inform customers about delivery timelines. * Informs the Logistics Supervisor of any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products. * Assists the Logistics Supervisor in ensuring proper warehouse addressing activities (set\-up, rotating inventories, etc.). * Performs daily handling of RSS canceled orders. * Records merchandise discrepancies identified during goods picking. * Maintains good relationships and serves as the liaison with third\-party carriers. * Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively prevent potential merchandise issues. * Reports merchandise issues to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. * Serves as the primary contact for the Goods Pickup Counter. * Is responsible for their work equipment. * Adheres to safety regulations.
