Perform activities related to the management of the Job and Salary Plan, being responsible for analyzing personnel movements, job descriptions, salary adjustments, among other activities, observing internal procedures and deadlines, as well as current legislation. **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct analysis of personnel movements and creation of new positions, verifying salary table data, job scoring, internal and external equity, collective agreements, deadlines, among others, carrying out necessary actions according to the company's internal procedures and the Job and Salary Plan; * Register new positions and input personnel movements into the specific integrated system when necessary, entering information such as new salary, position, department, cost centers, among others, enabling regularization and formalization of the movements; * Open User Support System (SAU) tickets and submit requests in fluig to the IT area when necessary, following the company's internal procedures, aiming at improving internal processes; * Assist employees and managers by providing information and clarifying doubts regarding matters related to the Compensation area whenever necessary; * Prepare reports, studies, and analyses related to organizational structure, workforce planning, salaries, positions, and others, as needed, to support decision-making and improvements in policies and procedures within the areas; * Conduct training sessions, preparing content and creating presentations, as needed to disseminate information related to the area; * Work on the EN+Valorizado program and others, suggesting and leading actions and projects aligned with the company's strategic objectives; * Develop and maintain updated job descriptions by collecting information through questionnaires, interviews, and observation of tasks performed by job holders, using a specific document model to identify duties and responsibilities, nomenclature, Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO), among other job criteria, observing legislation and market practices, aiming to provide elements for the company's job and salary administration and other Human Resources Management processes; * Conduct and respond to salary surveys, whenever authorized by immediate management, aiming to enable analysis of the company's external salary equity; * Respond to internal and external audits, gathering and presenting requested documentation and taking other required actions, as well as analyzing and implementing improvements to eliminate non-conformities in the area; * Support the hiring and engagement of consulting firms and other suppliers related to the Compensation area, providing all necessary resources to achieve company objectives; * Approve job openings on a specific platform, analyzing salary information and job nomenclature, as well as compliance with internal requirements, aiming to align hires with the job and salary plan; * Apply collective labor agreement wage adjustments to employee salaries, verifying related collective agreements, entitled positions, and other information, performing specific procedures in a dedicated integrated system; * Participate in internal discussions regarding union negotiation agendas, aiming to support the establishment of collective labor agreements; * Stay updated on knowledge and technological advancements related to the field, aiming to propose and suggest continuous improvements in equipment and processes to maximize results; * Ensure the preservation of company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary; * Be accountable for the quality, reliability, and performance of the resources, services, and information generated by tasks under responsibility; * Be responsible for complying with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) aspects in daily activities and ensure the best service to internal and external customers. * Perform other related and inherent professional activities as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Experience in the role; * Intermediate-level Office Suite skills; * Knowledge of Human Resources management principles; * Basic knowledge of Labor Legislation; * Job and Salary Management. * Experience in payroll processing will be an advantage. **Additional information** * **Food Allowance \-** Receive assistance to ensure your daily meals with greater peace of mind and well\-being. * **Transportation Voucher \-** Worry\-free mobility; easily commute to work with our transportation allowance. * **Health Insurance \-** Take care of your health and your family's with a comprehensive plan offering broad coverage at excellent hospitals and clinics. * **Dental Plan \-** Smile without worries!
