In our environment, we do not tolerate any form of discrimination.** #### **About the Position:** * The Administrative Assistant Manager plays a critical role in supporting store management, ensuring the efficiency of administrative operations and contributing to achieving commercial objectives. This professional assists the Store Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling all store activities—including store opening or closing, purchasing, product display and presentation, arrangement, cleaning, customer and staff guidance, daily cash register closing, and final store closure—with the aim of attracting, retaining, and building customer loyalty. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor cash register closing and internal controls. * Verify and organize fiscal documents. * Support expense control and store performance indicators. * Provide direct support to the manager in team management and administrative routines. * Assist in inventory management, goods receipt, and verification. * Collaborate in preparing managerial reports and performance analyses. * Ensure organization and maintenance of store files and documents. * Support implementation of internal procedures and policies. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role or in administrative positions within retail. * Knowledge of financial and administrative routines. * Intermediate Office suite proficiency. * Organized, proactive profile with leadership skills. * Completed high school education. #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred):** * Experience in the supermarket sector. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Knowledge of management systems (ERP). #### **Benefits:** * Life insurance. * Transportation allowance. * Health plan. * Dental plan. * On-site meals. * Bonus for achieved targets. * Trainee Program. * Partnerships with affiliated companies. * Product discounts.
