Cash flow control and analysis Description: We are looking for an organized, analytical professional capable of independently managing accounts payable routines. Must possess expertise in financial processes, agility in resolving tasks, and attention to deadlines. Responsible, committed profile with critical thinking to ensure the company's financial health. Responsibilities and Duties * Execute payments and transfers (PIX, TED, DDA, etc.), ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and updating financial obligations. * Verify bills and invoices via DDA, contacting responsible parties to resolve pending items. * Perform daily cash closing, including recording write-offs, system entries, bank reconciliations, and archiving reports. * Prepare payment reports, verifying orders, due dates, cost centers, amounts, and authorizations. * Extract and validate payment information from the system, releasing\-them for provisioning and execution. * Update and monitor cash flow (daily, monthly, and projected), analyzing variances between forecasted vs. actual results and developing future projections. * Issue and verify bank statements, monitoring inflows, outflows, and balances for daily financial operations. * Record advances (to suppliers and for travel), and verify and authorize travel expenses per current policy. * Perform reversals and corrections of entries, aligned with guidance from cost and accounting departments. * Monitor suppliers, tracking pending items, advances, and ensuring documentation for completion of transactions. * Support procurement by preparing quotation maps, recommending optimal purchasing options, and entering credit card payments when necessary. * Control internal expenses, such as postal services, allocating them across departments and ensuring proper recording. * Issue debit notes where no invoice is issued by the supplier. * Execute various financial entries, such as rent, partner withdrawals, and recurring expenses. * Develop and maintain cash flow forecasting models, creating alternative scenarios and strategic analyses to support decision-making. * Perform complex tasks autonomously and fulfill additional requests from leadership. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience in financial routines. * Knowledge of Financial Mathematics. * Experience with accounting systems and banking operations. * Proficiency in financial control, reconciliations, and treasury routines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate/Advanced Excel). * Experience with TOTVS ERP (preferably RM line). 2511280202191890321
