Coordination of corporate travel and company assets Receive clients and visitors, manage inventory, and provide administrative support to various office departments, ensuring proper daily operational functioning. * Assist the finance department in verifying amounts and data on technical consultants' invoices, entering information into the Conta Azul system. Ensure payments are processed correctly and that accounting has access to required documents. * Manage stock of materials and uniforms, ensuring availability for employees and field consultants. Procure and distribute items as needed, maintaining strict control over restocking. * Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Control department regarding materials purchased by technical consultants, enabling correct deductions from the next month's RPC. * Arrange vehicle rentals for consultants, sales staff, and partners via dedicated platforms. Monitor and report monthly billing to the finance and Control departments to ensure cost transparency. * Dispatch various materials via Correios, including uniforms, work materials, and documents, ensuring accurate delivery to employees and clients. * Arrange accommodations and air tickets for employees and partners as required, ensuring comfort and optimization of corporate travel. * Manage company asset registration, performing identification and control through responsibility agreements and numbered labels, ensuring traceability. * Responsible for requesting uniform returns from terminated employees, preventing unauthorized use of the company's visual identity.
