Perform daily cash closing, including reconciliations, system entries, bank reconciliations, and report archiving. Prepare payment reports, verifying purchase orders, due dates, cost centers, amounts, and authorizations. Update and monitor cash flow (daily, monthly, and projected), analyzing variances between forecasted vs. actual results and developing future projections. Issue and verify bank statements, monitoring deposits, withdrawals, and balances for daily financial operations. Perform reversals and corrections of entries, aligned with guidance from cost and accounting departments. Monitor suppliers, tracking outstanding items, advances, and ensuring documentation is complete for transaction closure. Support procurement by preparing quotation maps, recommending optimal purchasing options, and processing credit card payments when necessary. Control internal expenses (e.g., postal services) for proper allocation across departments and accurate recording. Issue debit notes where no invoice is issued by the supplier. Execute various financial entries, such as rent, partner withdrawals, and recurring expenses. Develop and maintain cash flow forecasting models, creating alternative scenarios and strategic analyses to support decision-making. Perform complex tasks autonomously, fulfilling additional requests from leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
