If you seek a welcoming environment with learning opportunities and great pride in being part of it… this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in financial data entry and maintain the financial system up to date (inflows, outflows, and management income statements); * Populate cost structure and profitability-by-product reports. Verify sales/inflows and outflows across platforms and cash register entries; * Assist in accounting classifications and reconciliations, journal entries, and tax calculation support; * Record purchase invoices for products and services. Always review tax withholdings and other related tax credits under supervision when entering invoices; * Perform general filing, delivery, and receipt of departmental documents, including proper verification; * Assist in product and supplier registration in the system, configuring accounting and tax information under appropriate supervision. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Microsoft Office suite; * Solid knowledge of financial mathematics and accounting procedures. * Commitment; * Proactivity; * Concentrated attention; * Good interpersonal skills; * Flexibility; * Administrative tasks. **Additional Information** * Happy Day; * Transportation Allowance; * SESC Benefit Program; * Life Insurance. The **PAMPULHA IATE CLUBE** was born from a dream, conceived to offer a grand and exuberant setting. Sixty years ago, the city paused to await the inauguration of this new club, which took place on January 26, 1961, attended by twenty thousand people, including then-Senator Juscelino Kubitscheck, who served as ceremony patron.
