




Job Summary: Responsible for recording sales, processing payments, serving customers, managing the cash register, and organizing the workplace, with emphasis on attentiveness and positive interpersonal relationships. Interpersonal skills and prompt customer service Main Responsibilities: * **Sales registration:** Register all purchased items in the system and inform the customer of the total amount due. * **Payment processing:** Accept payments in cash, credit/debit cards, or other methods, and provide change and receipt/invoice. * **Customer service:** Interact with customers, clarify questions regarding prices and promotions, and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise. * **Cash register control:** Verify received amounts and closing cash balance at the end of each shift to prevent discrepancies and ensure accuracy. * **Organization:** Maintain a tidy workplace and orderly customer queue. * **Additional tasks:** In some cases, perform internal store organization duties.
