In this role, you will directly contribute to the quality of team deliverables to ensure that requested software requirements are met. **Responsibilities and Duties** Participate in ensuring the quality of the development process used in building our product. Map customer business needs through system analysis or by responding to requests made directly by the customer to the Product Owner (PO), suggesting implementation in the standard product. Perform integrated testing of product maintenance/innovations/regulatory updates to ensure effective implementation and confirm no adverse impact on other product functionalities. Support or conduct system-level testing for software product release (final product) to ensure system routines/operations function correctly. Design test cases for new features or for existing features lacking documented test cases. Register test scenarios in the Test Case management tool. Prepare technical documentation or review documentation written by developers, ensuring customers understand what was implemented in the software product. Publish technical documentation on the customer-facing documentation platform. Automate test cases by creating test scripts. **Requirements and Qualifications** Test Automation: Backend with C\#/.NET 6\.0 (XUnit), API Testing (Postman/Swagger/Gatling/K6\), and Web automation with Cypress; DevOps CI/CD: Azure DevOps Pipelines, Git and Gitflow, SonarQube / SonarCloud; Frontend (Angular): Unit testing with Jasmine or Jest; General knowledge: Quality metrics (coverage, build time, defects), production testing (Canary releases/Feature flags), and Agile methodologies (Kanban); Completed Bachelor's degree in Technology or related fields; Must reside in Belo Horizonte (This position requires 2 days per week onsite).
