Receive visitors and provide information. Identify and authorize access according to site regulations. Monitor movements at the entrance. Receive mail, packages, and deliveries. Record incidents and movements when necessary. Assist with security and environmental organization. Answer telephone and intercom calls. Guide visitors, residents, customers, or employees. Follow security and access control procedures. Previous experience as a Security Guard, Access Controller, Security Receptionist, or Gate Agent may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position.
