This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Mobilization Agent **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). Valid National Driver’s License, Category “D”. **PROOF:** Copy of valid driver’s license. Completion of specialized training course for drivers of collective and passenger transport vehicles (within validity period). **PROOF:** Diploma/Certificate and/or DETRAN’s BCA page. **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in customer service and/or training. **PROOF:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected.
