Customer service and/or training experience is preferred THE TRANSPORTATION SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registration for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Mobilization Agent **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee covered by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must indicate availability for the scheduled hours. Candidates who decline the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 4606\.75 **UNIT:** Avenida Dorinato Lima Inconfidentes \| Contagem MG \- 32223160 **JOB SUMMARY:** Plans, organizes, and executes internal and external events and activities to promote SEST SENAT services and acquire customers, driving the institution’s vehicle along designated routes/itineraries to meet outreach and lecture demands targeting the transportation sector public. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed High School. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). Valid National Driver’s License, Category “D”. **PROOF:** Copy of valid driver’s license. Completion of specialized training course for drivers of collective and passenger transport vehicles (within validity period). **PROOF:** Diploma/Certificate and/or DETRAN’s BCA page. **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in customer service and/or training. **PROOF:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the Digital Work Card, containing identification details and employer registration, start and end dates (if applicable), supplemented by item “b” if the position alone is insufficient to prove experience; b) Or employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and description of duties carried out; c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item “b” if the position alone is insufficient to prove experience. Authorization to perform paid activities as indicated on the driver’s license. **PROOF:** Copy of valid driver’s license. **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:** § Experience in socio-educational campaigns. § Experience in customer service. § Experience in administrative routines. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENT AT THE TIME OF HIRING:** DRIVER’S LICENSE RECORD FOR THE LAST 12 MONTHS (DOCUMENT PRESENTATION AND VALIDATION AT THE TIME OF HIRING). Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the driver’s license record certificate. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New Orthographic Agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Use of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement. **INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (Common to all positions):** Internet and Microsoft Office Suite. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** Knowledge of Traffic Legislation and Occupational Safety. Hygiene and Environmental Protection. Basic concepts of Quality of Life Programs. Autonomous Social Services. General knowledge inherent to the position.
