With a qualified team, we operate in public and state schools, philanthropic educational institutions, and sociocommunity programs, integrating the values of ethics, responsibility, commitment, collaboration, empathy, and respect into practice! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Prepare minutes and reports as needed and upon internal request; * Prepare budgets and execute purchases; * Develop and update asset management controls; * Administer contracts, manage documents, and handle financial reporting; * Maintain relationships, organize, advise, and provide secretarial support for Executive Board and Fiscal Council meetings and assemblies; * Develop, monitor, and reassess administrative processes and flowcharts; * Create spreadsheets for administrative processes; * Develop, monitor, and reassess information flows via management platforms; * Ensure and guarantee implementation of established administrative policies; * Propose and coordinate, jointly with other Directors, the Annual Budget Plan; * Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields); * Knowledge in administrative and accounting areas; * Familiarity with TOTVS \- Protheus system is desirable; * Familiarity with legal processes is desirable. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Communication,Organization,Planning,Sense of Urgency,Analytical Ability,Interpersonal Skills,Responsibility ### **Benefits:** Life Insurance,Meal Voucher,Transportation Voucher,Health Insurance ### **Department:** Administrative
