If you enjoy **calling, prospecting, negotiating, and closing**, have a hunger for targets, and do not wait for leads to land in your lap, this position is for you. **Responsibilities** * Active and continuous prospecting of new clients (phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, visits, and meetings); * Market expansion and generation of new commercial opportunities; * Mapping of decision-makers (procurement, engineering, maintenance, operations); * Presentation and sale of maintenance and installation services; * Management of the entire sales process from start to closure; * Follow\-up on proposals and negotiations; * Achievement of revenue and new contract targets; * CRM data entry and performance reporting. **Requirements** * Proven experience in **active sales prospecting**; * **Hunter** profile: resilient, competitive, and results-oriented; * Excellent communication, argumentation, and negotiation skills; * Ability to handle objections and long sales cycles; * Commercial organization and discipline. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience selling **technical services**, maintenance, installation, or recurring contracts; * Experience in industrial, offshore, oil & gas, healthcare, or facilities sectors; * Active client portfolio; * Familiarity with procurement processes, purchase orders, and contracts. **What We Offer** * **Base salary R$ 1\.800,00 \+ commission.** * **Sodexo** * Performance-based bonuses and ticket rewards; * Real opportunity for growth and commercial leadership.
