Job Summary: The professional will follow assigned routes, provide in-store customer service and product placement at the point of sale (POS), resolve customer inquiries, implement merchandising activities and promotions, and maintain strong customer relationships. Maintaining customer relationships Main Responsibilities: Follow assigned routes and deliver appropriate customer service; Visit retail stores and supermarkets to perform product placement at the point of sale (POS); Resolve customer inquiries and provide support; Implement merchandising and promotional materials; Maintain solid customer relationships to foster loyalty.
