Respect for and appreciation of diversity begins from the moment of hiring, as we believe each individual brings a unique contribution to our company—and, consequently, to society.
We are a global company supplying cutting-edge mineral products essential to the transportation, energy, infrastructure, specialty metals, and chemical markets. In Brazil, our production stands out in specialty materials (tantalum and niobium oxides, grain refiners, special aluminum alloys, mechanical aluminum alloys and deoxidizers, altab, and chemicals) and critical minerals (lithium, tantalum, feldspar, and tin ingots).
Aware of our responsibility as market leaders, we strive daily—with integrity—to meet the evolving needs of our planet.
