Job Summary: We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Production Engineer for a compounding pharmacy, with a focus on sterile medications, to supervise operations and ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. Work in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, training the team We are looking for a Production Engineer to work at a compounding pharmacy, with a focus on sterile medications. We seek a professional committed to quality, safety, and excellence in production processes. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise sterile drug production activities; * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Coordinate the production team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance; * Ensure adherence to product deadlines and quality standards; * Monitor processes, quality indicators, and controls; * Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control; * Train and develop the team. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Production Engineering; * Proven experience in sterile drug production; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Experience in team management; * Organized, proactive profile with a results-oriented mindset.
