




Job Summary: External sales representative for a cosmetics distributor, responsible for visiting salons, prospecting and servicing customers, managing sales, providing after-sales support, and implementing marketing strategies. Development of sales strategies and customer loyalty programs External sales representative; Cosmetics distributor; visit beauty salons; Must own a vehicle and hold a Brazilian driver's license (Category B); Visit and service clients within the company-defined region; Prospect new clients within the company-defined region; Register new clients in the Sales App to support loyalty initiatives; Maintain regular and close contact with clients in the assigned portfolio; Keep client portfolio records up to date; Schedule and update visit agendas according to the monthly calendar, accounting for national and municipal holidays, local festivals, and events, to maximize weekday coverage; Sell products and services (courses); Negotiate prices and payment terms to close orders; Provide product information and answer questions; Place sales orders in the Sales App with as much detail as possible regarding the customer’s purchase; Deliver sold products according to the visit schedule; Provide post-purchase customer support, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction; Promote sales strategies via communication channels by posting content about products, services, promotions, and campaigns to boost sales; Submit settlement/receipt reports for commission calculation, monthly closing, and target achievement; Suggest improvements to the sales process Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.670,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Meal voucher Relocation/mobility possibility: * Pouso Alegre, MG: Relocate or move to the job location prior to starting work (Preferred) Screening Question(s): * What is your expected salary? * Do you own a vehicle? * Marital status? * Do you have children?
