Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Develop, integrate, and monitor the development plan; * Analyze and integrate the project scope statement; * Cost control and R\&D oversight; * Manage communication for product development; * Manage the change process and support the organization in approvals; * Support subsystems in initiatives (compositions / studies / bulletins), providing accurate information; * Manage the project change process (CCD/ODM) throughout program development; * Manage the issue list (LUA/GIM), ensuring clear two-way communication. **Required Education and Experience:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Production / Automation / Mechatronics); * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry and in project management or technical roles; * Postgraduate degree / MBA in project management (preferred); * Language: English (Advanced / Fluent); * Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. \- Work Mode: Hybrid \- Betim/MG **Personal and Professional Skills:** * Strong interpersonal skills and self-control; * Excellent communication and organizational abilities; * Teamwork capability and integrative skills; * Ability to support discussions at senior levels; * Proactive; Judicious; Dynamic. **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
