We are seeking a **Trainee Teacher** to support teachers in English classes and in students’ learning process across different levels. This role is ideal for individuals currently pursuing a degree in Education or related fields who wish to apply their pedagogical knowledge in practice. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * **Classroom Support:** Support teachers daily and monitor students’ performance, especially those who joined the course late. * **Educational Support:** Assist students with learning difficulties and specific needs, and support extracurricular activities and school events. * **Teaching Skills Development:** Actively contribute to building a solid pedagogical practice by observing classes, learning from experienced professionals, and preparing to become an outstanding teacher. * **Academic Projects:** Contribute to pedagogical projects and operational tasks, broadening your perspective of classroom dynamics and educational management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (preferably in Languages, Education, Translation, or related fields); * Advanced or fluent English (spoken and written); * Strong communication and organizational skills, and eagerness to learn; * Availability for in-person work. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or private lessons; * Proficiency with educational technology tools (Google Classroom, Kahoot, Zoom, etc.); * Interest in pursuing a career as an English teacher; **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * A dynamic and collaborative environment that values professional development. * Opportunities for growth within an institution committed to educational excellence. * Transportation allowance * Study scholarships If you possess the energy, passion, and dedication we seek, we would love to meet you!
