Opportunity for continuous technical development We are looking for a **bilingual Junior Infrastructure Technician** to work in a critical operation with a dynamic environment and interaction with global teams. This professional will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of IT environments, handling incidents and requests, contributing to service stability and availability. The position requires English communication skills, as well as a proactive attitude and interest in continuous technical development. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Provide IT infrastructure support (Level N1/N2); * Handle, log, and track tickets via ITSM tools; * Perform initial troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network incidents; * Support administration of Windows and/or Linux environments; * Monitor environments and follow operational procedures; * Escalate incidents to higher levels when necessary; * Interact with users and international teams in English; * Support documentation of processes and technical solutions. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking) — **essential**; * Experience or knowledge in IT/infrastructure support; * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); * Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems; * Basic Active Directory knowledge; * Strong communication skills, organization, and ability to learn. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT (completed or in progress); * Experience with ITSM tools; * Familiarity with virtualization; * Entry-level certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, etc.); * Experience in corporate environments or bilingual customer support. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Strong communication skills (including in English); * Teamwork; * Organization and discipline; * Sense of responsibility. ### **Additional Information** * Work in a critical and dynamic environment; * On-site presence required; * Shift work possible, depending on operational needs.
