Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior CRM Analyst to support campaign operations and routine tasks, contributing to the efficiency of customer communications. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Junior CRM Analyst to support campaign and routine operations within the department, contributing to the efficient execution of customer communications. Key Responsibilities: • Contribute to greater CRM campaign effectiveness by assisting in strategy development and customer segmentation focused on conversion and retention. • Help improve customer engagement metrics (renewals, churn, new contracts) through execution, monitoring, and optimization of CRM strategies across all stages of the customer journey. • Execute timely communications using available CRM tool channels and monitor performance metrics for these sends. • Perform basic database segmentation. • Update workflows and communications in CRM tools. • Monitor basic performance metrics. • Ensure communication quality and consistency. • Support organization of the department’s calendar and workload. • Support creation and briefing activities with the agency. Requirements: Initial experience or internship in CRM, digital marketing, or related fields. Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools. Intermediate Excel skills. Organized profile with attention to detail. Experience or affinity with data analysis and performance metrics. Desirable: Experience with email, in-app push, SMS, and WhatsApp channels. Experience with CRM/Marketing platforms, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred). Knowledge of database segmentation and journey automation.
