




Job Summary: The Inatel is selecting interns to assist with administrative routines, audience service, and entrepreneurship events at Inatel Startups. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate in organizing entrepreneurship events The Inatel is selecting students interested in completing an internship at Inatel Startups. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform routines from the secretariat/reception of the Inatel Startups Nucleus; * Assist in serving internal audiences, external audiences, and visitors; * Collaborate in the execution of administrative processes; * Assist in preparing records and reports related to Cerne; * Collaborate in organizing entrepreneurship events. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled up to the sixth semester of Production Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Availability for 40 hours per week; * Strong writing skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). **It would be advantageous to have experience in:** * Audience service; * Administrative routines; * Knowledge of agile methodologies, startup creation, and entrepreneurship. **Additional Information** **Internship Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM\. **Internship Location:** Inatel Campus, located in Santa Rita do Sapucaí \- MG.
