Maintain direct contact with commercial team for equipment knowledge ### **Job Title** Entry Level Configuration Office Analyst ### **Job Description** Supports the markets in everything related to the configuration of medical equipment, configuration that is used to have a correct workflow in the quotation and ordering processes. **Your role:** * Perform configuration of Philips Medical Equipment, based on customer requirements * Work with database and Informatic Technologies systems to make the configuration of medical equipment * As a Global Business System based in Panama, help Commercial team area in develop final customer quotations * Maintain direct contact with commercial team (Product Specialists) for knowledge and improvements of Philips equipment. **You're the right fit if:** * Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or related fields. * 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally within medical devices or regulated industry * Your skills include Advanced English (B2, C1\), Intermediate/Advance Excel skills, effective communication and stakeholder management. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office\-based teams, this means working in\-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full\-time presence in the company’s facilities.
