




Job Summary: This pivotal role provides support for the company's institutional initiatives, managing sponsorships, sociocultural projects, and donations, while also monitoring budgets and fulfillment of counterpart obligations. Liaison with stores and entities under the Solidarity Change Program. #### **About the Role:** You will play a pivotal supporting role in the company’s institutional initiatives, participating in sponsorship processes and sociocultural projects, and overseeing execution across the area. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor the execution of the company’s institutional initiatives; * Oversee all sponsorship processes conducted via incentive laws and internal funding, collecting and tracking required documentation, counterpart obligations, and communicating related initiatives; * Receive donation and sponsorship requests from individual stores and manage corresponding negotiations; * Monitor the fulfillment of counterpart obligations tied to sponsorships and agreed partnerships; * Manage the Solidarity Change Program, serving as liaison between stores and all involved entities; * Monitor budgets for executed initiatives, ensuring adherence to annual planning, processing invoices, and tracking contracts. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience in managing sociocultural projects; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Proficiency in Portuguese language and written expression; * Experience working with organizations implementing social initiatives and supporting beneficiaries; #### **Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous):** * Experience organizing or executing events or social initiatives is desirable. #### **Benefits:** * Meals provided at the workplace (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack); * Attendance bonus; * Health insurance plan (Unimed or Hapvida); * Dental insurance plan; * PPR (Profit Sharing Program) \- up to one additional monthly salary per year; * Sulamérica Triple Services Program (Telemedicine, Funeral Assistance, and Life Insurance); * Active Life Program \- including access to sports telemedicine and fitness apps (Wellhub, formerly Gympass, or Total Pass); * 24% discount on electricity bills; * Discount on medication purchases (Droga Clara and Droga Raia); #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00
