




Job Summary: The External Sales Representative serves customers, identifies their needs, presents products, negotiates and closes sales, prospects new customers, and ensures post-sales satisfaction. The External Sales Representative is responsible for serving customers, identifying their needs, presenting products and services, negotiating commercial terms, and closing sales. In addition, they assist in prospecting new customers and managing post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Serve customers in person, by phone, or via e-mail, identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions. * Present products and services, highlighting their features and benefits to generate customer interest. * Negotiate commercial terms, such as payment deadlines and discounts, aiming to close sales effectively. * Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential opportunities for additional sales. * Assist in prospecting new customers by making contact and scheduling visits to introduce the company and its products. * Stay updated on market trends and competitors, identifying emerging trends and opportunities to improve sales performance. * Participate in training sessions and team meetings, sharing knowledge and contributing to achieving established goals. * Prepare sales reports, documenting activities performed, results achieved, and projections for the upcoming period. Essential Requirements: Active CNPJ (MEI or ME) for issuing NFSe; Desirable: minimum 2 years of proven experience in the industry; Active customer portfolio within the segment; Personal vehicle and availability for in-person visits; Existing relationships through other represented companies; Experience with dairy products; Experience with Key Accounts; Exclusive work as a sales representative; Knowledge and experience with CRM; Residence in the intended operational region.
