We would love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze data and monitor performance metrics to optimize e-commerce operations and make informed decisions; * Implement, manage, and optimize digital marketing strategies and campaigns to increase sales and engagement; * Manage and enhance the customer experience on the virtual store, keeping it up-to-date and attractive; * Prepare sales, engagement, and performance reports, and identify market trends and new business opportunities; * Perform other related tasks assigned by immediate management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields; * Experience in Digital Marketing, Paid and Organic Traffic Management, and E-Commerce; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ADS (Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, SEO tools); * Knowledge of online marketing strategies, SEO, and SEM-1. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Contagem** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Benefits * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance, with no deduction from the employee; * Various partnerships and agreements (universities, language schools, etc.); * Acolher – Employee Support Program; * Welcome Baby Program; * “I Recommend Roma” Program; * Partnership with SESC offering access to theaters, hotels, excursions, and other activities; * Discounts on products and services offered by Group companies.
