The company is currently undergoing commercial department structuring and expansion and seeks a communicative, proactive, and persistent professional to support sales operations growth. This position offers significant learning opportunities in consultative sales and direct involvement in B2B negotiations. **Job Mission** Support and develop the company’s commercial process—from initial lead contact through post-sales follow-up. The professional will be responsible for assisting in prospecting, opportunity qualification, and negotiation management—contributing to client portfolio expansion and strengthening commercial relationships. As this involves software sales, the commercial process features a **more consultative and structured negotiation cycle**, requiring continuous opportunity tracking, CRM organization, and skills to build strong customer relationships. **Main Responsibilities** * **Prospecting and opportunity generation** * Contact leads generated by the company’s CRM; * Actively prospect new customers; * Approach potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, and e-mail. **Lead qualification** * Identify potential customers’ needs and requirements; * Assess alignment between customer profile and solutions offered by the company. **Scheduling and participation in meetings** * Schedule commercial meetings with qualified leads; * Participate in meetings alongside the manager to present solutions. **Managing the commercial process** * Support negotiation execution; * Participate in closing processes where applicable; * Track opportunities throughout the sales funnel. **Post-sales and relationship management** * Conduct follow-up after sale; * Maintain customer relationships and ensure continued solution usage. **CRM management** * Record interactions and activities in the system; * Update the sales funnel and opportunity statuses. **Technical Requirements** **Mandatory** * Completed high school education; * Experience in sales or commercial customer service; * Proficiency with digital tools and systems; * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Desirable** * Experience in software sales; * Experience in consultative or B2B sales; * Experience in longer-cycle sales (e.g., real estate, technology solutions, or services). **Compensation and Benefits** **Fixed salary** R$ 2.000,00 (CLT) **Allowance** R$ 700.00 monthly for meals and transportation **Approximate total fixed compensation:** Between **R$ 2.500,00 and R$ 2.700,00** **Variable compensation** The company offers a variable compensation model including bonuses and commissions based on commercial performance—including earnings tied to meeting scheduling and completed sales.
