




Job Summary: The professional will provide support for Personnel Department and Human Resources routines, handling employee inquiries and assisting with various tasks within the department. Easy access to São Joaquim de Bicas. **Responsibilities:** Handle employee inquiries; provide support for HR/Personnel Department activities; record employee working hours; prepare pay slips and forward employee documentation submitted by the accounting department; assist in recruitment and selection interviews for operational positions; submit onboarding and offboarding documentation to the accounting department; assist in benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health plans, etc.); monitor employee vacation expiration dates; monitor occupational examination expiration dates for employees; and other related duties. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Minimum Education Requirement:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
