Define architecture, technology stack, and best practices for CI/CD, testing, and security. Coordinate and develop the team through code reviews, prioritization, and mentoring. Ensure secure integrations with APIs and partners such as banks, anti-fraud systems, and compliance entities. Collaborate closely with product, operations, and compliance teams. Monitor system performance and availability. Respond to incidents. Previous roles such as Python Development Coordinator, Python Project Supervisor, Python Team Manager, or Python Solutions Architect may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
