Job Summary: The professional will conduct theoretical training, engage in dialogue with companies, apply work methodology to classes, and provide guidance on cross-cutting learning topics. Providing guidance on cross-cutting learning topics Conducting theoretical training for apprentices, engaging in dialogue with companies, applying work methodology to classes, and carrying out inclusion procedures in systems. Office organization tasks and administrative duties including printing and filing time sheets. Conducting performance evaluations and feedback sessions for vulnerable groups. Providing guidance on cross-cutting learning topics and delivering necessary content and projects for the Program's development. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Workload: 40 hours per week** * Completed degree in human development fields. * Technological proficiency, knowledge of the TOTVS RM system. * Residence in Divinópolis * Availability to work from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM * Prior experience in group facilitation, lesson plan development, and classroom instruction and management is mandatory; Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$2\.944,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
