WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Serve customers by providing information about products and services. Identify the nature of requests from internal and/or external customers, and assist them as needed. * Forward bureaucratic matters, verify documentation required to execute services, direct customers to the Institute of Forensic Medicine (IML), collect payment slips, and perform other activities necessary to complete service delivery and forwarding to the funeral home. * Complete forms and register information in the system. * Provide administrative support to Human Resources, Administration, Finance, and Logistics departments. * Assist management with routine administrative tasks. Organize various documents and departmental files, classifying them according to pre-established criteria and archiving them per departmental procedures. * Manage office supplies usage, identify replenishment needs, and request purchases from the responsible person based on identified requirements. * Assess material requirements and report them to the local manager.
