Relationship management with agricultural sector members **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM with a one-hour break **Level:** Managerial and Executive **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Manage the branch (PA) team and operations, ensuring achievement of cooperative goals and standards. * Serve and support the member portfolio by offering financial solutions tailored to their needs. * Actively prospect new members, focusing on expanding the membership base. * Build close relationships with agricultural sector members, understanding their specific requirements. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields). * Proven experience in team management and financial operations. * Experience working with agribusiness clients, including rural producers and farmers, with strong clear and empathetic communication skills. * Knowledge of financial products and services targeted at the agricultural sector. * Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies. * Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. * Proactivity and strategic vision. * Willingness to work onsite in Piracema. * Preferred Qualifications: * Postgraduate degree in related areas. * Certifications such as CPA and/or CEA **Benefits:** Length-of-service bonus, Childcare/Babysitter allowance, Study grant, Birthday gift card, Day Off, Health insurance, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher
