Train and develop the commercial team. Ensure high-quality customer service. Organize reception schedules and routines. Monitor leads, conversions, and KPIs. Develop commercial initiatives to increase sales. Support student retention. Previous experience as Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, Sales Leader, or Sales Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
