The professional will be responsible for ensuring the organization's financial health, planning and executing strategies for resource optimization, and leading the finance team. * **Responsibilities:** + Develop and execute the company's financial planning. + Analyze and control cash flow and financial projections. + Manage the finance team, supervising activities and evaluating results. + Manage relationships with financial institutions and suppliers. + Conduct economic\-financial feasibility analyses of projects and investments. + Prepare financial reports for the executive board and shareholders. + Implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current regulations. * **Requirements:** + Prior experience as a Financial Manager or in similar roles. + Analytical ability, income statement (DRE), and tax expertise. + Solid knowledge of financial planning, financial statement analysis, and team management. + Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and integrated financial management systems. + Leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills. + Residency in the region where the company is located (optional). + Degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (optional).
