Actively participate in commercial and loyalty strategies Guarantee operational excellence at the unit level by leading people, processes, and results—ensuring a positive student experience, goal attainment, and alignment with the network's culture and standards. **People Management** * Lead, develop, and engage the unit team (instructors, reception, sales, and cleaning staff). * Monitor performance, punctuality, conduct, and compliance with policies. * Conduct feedback sessions, alignment meetings, and support training initiatives. * Foster a healthy and collaborative organizational climate. **Operational Management** * Ensure the proper operation of the academy (facilities, equipment, cleanliness, and organization). * Guarantee adherence to network processes, standards, and procedures. * Monitor work schedules, days off, vacations, and shift coverage. * Support resolution of operational issues and student requests. **Results Management** * Track unit performance indicators (sales, retention, delinquency, cancellations, and goals). * Actively participate in commercial strategies and initiatives for acquisition and loyalty. * Ensure achievement of goals set by management. **Customer Service and Experience** * Guarantee excellence in student service—from reception to technical areas. * Address complaints and conflicts, seeking prompt and effective solutions. * Promote initiatives for continuous improvement of customer experience. **Administrative Management** * Support cash handling, contracts, reporting, and internal controls. * Ensure correct use of company systems. * Maintain consistent communication with headquarters.
