Production planning and internal logistics Food manufacturing plant seeks an Operations Leader in Pouso Alegre (Limeira). **Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate the production team, operators, and operations assistants. Monitor achievement of production targets and established deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and food quality standards. Control usage of raw materials, supplies, and finished products. Identify operational issues and propose solutions to optimize processes. Participate in production planning and internal logistics. Prepare reports and performance indicators for the operations area. Train, guide, and motivate the team, promoting capability development and efficiency. Previous roles such as Operations Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, Production Manager, or Project Head may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
