HC School is seeking a Pedagogical Assistant to monitor students and ensure their engagement, progress, and quality of learning experience. Responsibilities: * Monitor students' development and attendance * Identify learning and engagement difficulties * Contact students and guardians (via WhatsApp, phone, and in person) * Support teachers and coordination with pedagogical demands * Promote student retention and prevent dropouts * Organize records, reports, and academic routines Requirements: * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite) * Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: * English (any level) * Experience in the education sector Behavioral Profile: * Proactivity * Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills * Organization and sense of responsibility * Ability to interact effectively with people Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.750,00 \- R$1\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Education allowance * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
