We have already impacted over 13,000 young people across more than 20 cities, connecting\-them to the formal labor market through our Professional Apprenticeship Program. In partnership with \+300 trusted organizations, we promote high\-quality training and real opportunities. Our mission is to broaden horizons and create possibilities for young people facing social vulnerability. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Deliver curriculum content for the apprenticeship program, integrating education, culture, and work to promote autonomy and social transformation among adolescents and young adults; \- Design assessment activities creatively using active methodologies (meaningful learning that fosters agency), analytical methodologies (combining artificial intelligence with human capacity for critical thinking, handling uncertainty, and acting with empathy and ethics), and agile methodologies (focusing on competencies that can be continuously developed); \- Daily input of attendance records, grades, and other information into the institutional system; \- Create feedback reports for apprentices and other institutional departments; \- Develop active listening skills to support the design of courses and other excellence\-oriented pedagogical initiatives; \- Participate in meetings with coordination teams and other institutional departments. **Requirements:** Bachelor\'s degree in Pedagogy, Teaching, or related fields; Residence in Três Corações or Varginha (MG); Availability to serve both locations: Três Corações and Varginha (MG); Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2\.600,00 per month Work Location: On\-site
