This role organizes documents, updates HR systems, assists employees, and supports training initiatives, ensuring internal organization and effective support across HR and people management functions. **Main Responsibilities and Daily Routine:** * **Personnel Administration (PA):** Electronic or manual time tracking, assistance with overtime calculation, document organization for onboarding/offboarding, vacation and benefits administration (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance plans). * **Recruitment and Selection (R&S):** Resume screening, job posting, interview scheduling, and support during new employee onboarding. * **Administrative Support:** Updating HR spreadsheets and systems, document archiving, and internal employee support to address inquiries regarding internal policies or benefits. * **Training and Development:** Logistical support for organizing training sessions, seminars, and staff onboarding.
