Description

**TEMPORARY POSITION** **Objective** Responsible for managing procurement processes for high-complexity raw materials and services with competitiveness, quality, reliability, and a focus on financial and operational results for Lonax. **Responsibilities** * Conduct strategic negotiations with critical and high-financial-impact suppliers * Procure complex raw material and service purchases (technical contracts, engineering, maintenance, CAPEX, etc.) * Develop, qualify, and manage strategic suppliers * Design and execute strategic sourcing processes (Strategic Sourcing) * Apply cost reduction methodologies such as; * Ensure performance in cost, delivery time, quality, and risk * Execute competitive bidding processes (RFQ / RFP / BID) * Manage service contracts and SLAs * Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, PCP, Quality, and Finance departments * Identify savings opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives * Ensure compliance with procurement governance and policies **Technical Competencies** * Solid experience in **Industrial Procurement** * Category management (Category Management) * Proficiency in **advanced negotiation** * Strong track record in industrial procurement * Cost breakdown (detailed cost structure) * Should-cost analysis / value engineering * Market analysis and supply intelligence * Supply chain risk management * Negotiation and management of complex contracts * Knowledge of technical, legal, and commercial clauses * Management of service providers (third parties) **Behavioral Competencies** * **Exceptional negotiator**, with proven history of cost reduction * Strong ability to advise managers on optimal decisions based on data and scenarios * Performance- and goal-oriented, with aggressive targets * High professional maturity * Proactive mindset and business-partner orientation * Ease in operating within industrial and dynamic environments * Good interpersonal relationship skills **Requirements and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields * Proven experience as a **Senior Buyer** in an industrial environment * Experience in procurement of: * Raw materials * Technical services and complex contracts * Demonstrated history of negotiations with strategic suppliers * Practical mastery of advanced procurement methodologies **Availability to work onsite in Sarzedo — 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM** Relevant experience in the role Easy access to Sarzedo/MG required Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$5,000.00 – R$6,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket Work location: Onsite
