We value professionals who contribute to strengthening operations and sustaining business results. We are seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Manager to work at our Lavras \- MG plant. This is a key position for local operations, responsible for structuring, optimizing, and advancing the maintenance and facilities areas. What will you do? * Manage industrial maintenance and facilities areas, ensuring high operational performance; * Define and implement maintenance strategies (corrective, preventive, predictive, and continuous improvement); * Ensure asset reliability, availability, and safety; * Establish routines, operational discipline, and process standardization; * Manage KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE, availability, and reliability; * Reduce downtime and improve factory performance; * Lead direct and indirect teams (in-house and third-party); * Manage contracts, suppliers, and service providers; * Control budgets (OPEX and CAPEX); * Manage utilities (electricity, water, gas) and resource efficiency; * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and NR regulations; * Supervise building infrastructure and facilities services (cafeteria, third-party services, etc.); * Support the transformation of the area, elevating the operational maturity level. What do we expect from you? * Solid experience in industrial maintenance and operational management; * Experience with performance indicators and continuous improvement; * Experience leading teams and managing third-party contractors; * Knowledge of facilities and infrastructure management; * Experience in industrial environments. Prerequisites: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Production, or related fields); * Advanced English.
