Job Summary: A Civil Engineering professional to conduct studies, prepare reports, and define demolition methodologies, with emphasis on communication skills, physical and mental fitness, and interpersonal abilities. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct technical feasibility studies and demolition reports. 2. Define methodology and technical criteria for demolitions. 3. Technical knowledge in detecting encroachments and demolitions. REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Civil Engineering; licensed professional with an active Technical Responsibility Annotation (ART) for supervision of demolition services; fluency in written communication, including ability to draft and interpret informative texts; physical and mental fitness commensurate with the nature and responsibilities of the position; ability to interact effectively with people; capacity to handle adverse situations and demonstrate initiative—traits compatible with performing this role; basic proficiency in computer tools, including Microsoft Office suite and internet, GPS navigation systems, interpretation of geographic coordinates, Google Earth, and Street View, for typing and formatting documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations as required; proven knowledge and experience in the field of work; and technical capability to interpret and produce images related to detection of encroachments and/or existing expansions and demolitions within safety zones. ACTIVITIES: Prepare, when applicable, technical feasibility studies required for demolition of buildings—especially those of higher complexity involving more than one floor; prepare demolition reports where the subject includes parts not integral to the dismantling process or is located very close to adjacent properties; define demolition methodology and technical criteria for buildings, adhering to technical standards and overseeing fieldwork execution; and prepare valuation reports on improvements made to the subject properties, arising from on-site notifications.
