Job Summary: Responsible for operational support of PCs, hardware and software maintenance, ensuring proper functionality and visual appearance of locations. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor suppliers and configure software Description: * Education: Completed high school. * Knowledge: Proficiency in computer maintenance (hardware and software). * Competencies: * Valid Brazilian National Driver's License, Category B or A. * Personal vehicle required; availability to work in Araxá. * Availability to work on alternate weekends and holidays. Perform operational PC support to: replenish supplies, paper, and air filters; replace consumables and parts; install applications; inspect PCs to verify they are in perfect condition; coordinate with suppliers for technical repairs; configure software; maintain up-to-date visual communication at locations. Repair/replace defective equipment components identified through technical expertise. Request parts from logistics via system tools (ETA) and freight carriers. Grant access to the location for maintenance personnel (e.g., telecommunications concessionaire, contractor, or maintenance company) to perform repairs. Remain vigilant regarding equipment security devices, checking for signs of tampering or fraud attempts. Ensure proper signage and lighting at locations, as well as visual aspects such as paint, stickers, and cleanliness, using cleaning materials and replacement parts; additionally, engage contractors when tasks fall outside assigned responsibilities. 2512310202491753168
