Support for financial closing and internal/external audits Position: Financial Analyst – Accounts Payable We are seeking a Financial Analyst specializing in Accounts Payable, responsible for executing and monitoring operational financial routines, ensuring organization, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines. We seek a detail-oriented, proactive professional committed to process agility and quality. Responsibilities: * Execute and control the accounts payable workflow, ensuring all payments are made within deadlines; * Verify invoices, bank slips, and financial documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy of information; * Perform postings, registrations, and write-offs in the financial system; * Conduct daily bank reconciliations and monitor bank statements to identify inconsistencies; * Support the management of financial contracts, recurring commitments, and monthly obligations; * Assist in cash flow management by recording inflows and outflows; * Monitor internal approvals and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures; * Support financial and accounting closing with updated reports and data; * Contribute to organizing documents for internal and external audits; * Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in operational financial processes. Requirements: * Technical or higher education degree in Administration, Accounting, Accountancy Sciences, Financial Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in accounts payable routines and operational financial activities; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle large volumes of information. Preferred Qualifications: * Proficiency or experience with the Protheus (TOTVS) system. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
