Automate reports and propose improvements to data control and analysis processes, aiming for greater efficiency in operational routines. Monitor and maintain the delivery of reporting and automation routines performed by the team, ensuring information quality, reliability, and alignment with departmental objectives. Perform operational indicator analyses to support management in decision-making and in identifying opportunities to improve operational performance. Support traffic monitoring for customer service, contributing to balancing demand, operational capacity, and established service levels. ### **Prerequisites** Education/Course: Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields. Knowledge: Excel — Intermediate proficiency; KPI Analysis — Intermediate proficiency. Preferred Qualifications: Power BI — Intermediate proficiency; SQL Server — Intermediate proficiency; WFM / Call Center Planning.
