Repair or replace defective equipment components identified through technical expertise. Request spare parts from logistics via system tools (ETA) and carriers. Grant site access to maintenance personnel (e.g., telecommunications concessionaire, contractor, or maintenance company) to perform repairs. Remain vigilant regarding equipment security devices, monitoring for signs of tampering or attempted fraud.
