




Job Summary: Intern to support customers during onboarding, implementation, and platform usage, ensuring organization and effective communication. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain organized records and learn new platforms **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in meetings and assist with training sessions and demonstrations for new customers, ensuring they understand the system basics. * Monitor customer progress during onboarding and provide support as needed. * Provide support to customers during implementation and their initial days of platform usage. * Assist customers in learning how to use the platform according to their specific needs, helping them become familiar with the system. * Maintain organized records of customer interactions and platform configurations performed. **Experience:** * Basic experience or prior exposure to customer service, technical support, or related fields (e.g., internships, temporary jobs, or academic activities). **Skills:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to quickly learn and assist in training sessions. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Familiarity with or interest in learning about CRM systems, onboarding tools, and support platforms. * Ability to proactively identify and help resolve simple issues. * Willingness to learn and master the company’s platforms. * Ability to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
