The professional will work directly in stores performing physical infrastructure maintenance, as well as providing remote support to resolve technical service requests. We seek a proactive candidate with fast learning ability and full availability for mobility. **SUBMIT YOUR RESUME VIA EMAIL OR WHATSAPP:** daliane.torres@deburger.com.br **Responsibilities and Duties** * Installation, configuration, and repair of structured cabling * Rack organization, switch configuration, and Wi-Fi access point setup * Physical and logical maintenance of POS systems (cash registers) * Support for self-service kiosks, kitchen display systems (KDS), and thermal printers * Handling Level 1 and Level 2 service requests (Service Desk) * Support for operating systems, software, and connectivity * Performing preventive maintenance at stores * Equipment inventory control and assistance in approval of new assets **Requirements** **Education:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT (in progress or completed) **Mandatory:** * Valid driver's license (Category A/B) * Full availability for travel **Technical Knowledge:** * Networking (TCP/IP) * Hardware assembly and maintenance * Windows operating systems Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting at R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On the road
