Your Main Responsibilities: * **Level 1 Support:** Serve as the first point of contact for users, ensuring agile and courteous service. * **Ticket Triage:** Classify and prioritize requests in the system, routing them appropriately. * **Remote Support:** Assist remotely in resolving software, access, and configuration issues. * **Physical Infrastructure:** Assist with equipment relocation, cable organization, and peripheral installation (monitors, keyboards, printers). * **Documentation:** Generate departmental performance reports and update the knowledge base. * **General Support:** Collaborate in other activities relevant to the internship learning routine. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Technical program in: **Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Networks, Computer Science**, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of hardware and operating systems (Windows). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Organized and eager to learn.
